We offer free exchanges to customers living within the UK. We ask that all full-price items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered. You have 14 days to let us know you are returning a Sale item. All items must be returned new,
MORI does offer exchanges; however, these are limited to customers living in the UK only. Please follow this link to our Returns portal. Final sale items cannot be returned after 14 days.

Our Store will not process refunds for goods purchased online. To return your online order, please go you our Returns Portal.
