If you’d like to skip a month, change the delivery address or cancel your membership if you pay monthly, you can easily message our Customer Care Team on [email protected] or via Live Chat and they’ll be able to help you.
Annual members cannot be cancelled or refunded when active. To stop it auto-renewing please contact our Customer Care Team on [email protected] or via Live Chat.
When you cancel your membership, all the benefits of the membership end at the time of cancelling.
